  • Unless otherwise stated, my times are in South Australian (Adelaide) Time. This is UTC+09:30 or UTC+10:30 during daylight savings.

  • I'm Autistic, and have complex rejection-sensitive dysphoria (RSD) & anxiety. I'm prone to taking things too seriously and being too hard on myself. Please help me avoid a panic attack by using tone indicators around me, I'd appreciate it!

  • I'm aroace, and am very repulsed by the idea of any form of mutual relationship, let alone sexually motivated ones. This includes any fictional relationships with my OCs. Friends are fine though!

  • I love to help but I'm no professional. I'm here to listen, but not be taken advantage of. My selflessness has let me down previously, but this is something I continuously work on.

  • I'll block you if you're being a creep, or being a creep to the people I consider close. Duh...

Sometimes, it's for my safety. Sometimes, it's for morality reasons. Sometimes, you were just a dick to me or my friends before and being around you just doesn't sound right anymore. Hi there, and thanks for checking my hidden disabilities.I am Autistic and I can be easily distressed. Please see the below tips to help me stay calm!For more information about Hidden Disabilities, click here.

You may see me with my comfort plush Odyssey. They help me feel less anxious so I tend to stay very close to them where I can. Please ask me first before handling or touching them!

  • Sudden loud noises can be very startling for me. Where practical, please give me notice before using loud appliances near me.

  • I carry noise-cancelling headphones OR noise-reducing earplugs to reduce noise (and for my headphones, I may also be playing music to help me keep in my own space), so I may be unable to hear you. Please give me a friendly wave if you require my attention, and kindly raise your voice if you have to (but please don't shout).

  • I identify as non-binary and can be distressed using a bathroom that aligns with my birth sex, so I may use a disabled bathroom if there are no all-gender and/or unisex options available.

  • I have multiple ways of dealing with distress, depending on the circumstances. If Odyssey is nearby, please offer them to me. Otherwise, please ask kindly on whether you can assist and respect my decision if I choose to decline assistance.

Additional Notes
I have anaphylaxis and carry an EpiPen for my peanut allergy. I also have a mild food allergy to dairy and egg. Traces are usually fine, but please try to avoid using these ingredients when preparing food for me.Thanks for your help and understanding - I hope we can work well together. ^u^
